James is just an average skateboarder with no real dreams of the future. All he wants to do, is sick tricks on his board, and live life. Until destiny comes to him in the form of a little robot with wheels for legs named Plug, telling him, he is the next in line to become the MAN O'WHEEL!

The villainous Evil Supergroup, VILE, INC. has different plans for him though. Kill him before he can be a thorn in their sides!
